When will my order ship?
Your order is of upmost importance, and we will be shipping it out ASAP.
Our goal is 1st in / 1st out. Depending on the time of year or an unforeseen circumstance there are sometimes delays.
How do I cancel my order?
Go to the Contact Us page and use the one of the contact methods to let us know you are requesting to cancel your order. Please include your order number and specific details about the item(s) you want to remove from your order. You may also call 1-800-826-0654
We will notify you of the status of your cancellation as soon as we receive it.
Please note: orders that have already been boxed and billed for shipping cannot be canceled, added to, or modified. If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so ASAP.
How to add an item to my order, or combine orders?
Give us a call at 1-800-826-0654 or use any other contact method from our Contact Us page. Let us know what you want to add to your order, and we will get it done!

How can I check on my order status?
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with tracking number if you have given us an email address. You may also call us at 1-800-826-0654
Will you give me a tracking number?
When your order ships out you’ll get an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. You will have to supply us with an e-mail address to receive this.

What is a backordered item?
Although we try to not backorder an item, it occurs when an item is not available to ship with the rest of your order. In most cases we will try to contact you to notify of any backorders. We will ship out the rest of the order and have the backordered item delivered as soon as we receive it, free of shipping charge.
Can Research Mannikins ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. For PO boxes, you must select USPS as your shipping option.
