Advertising & Marketing Director

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: In Person – Lebanon, OR

Job Description: The daily duties for this position are directing and creating advertising materials for social media, websites, e-mail campaigns, and magazine ads while preserving the company’s brand standards. Yearly duties will involve creating four catalogs, seasonal sale advertising (may include flyers, postcards, digital, etc.), and awards and coupons for national and state competition shows. Periodically, you will be required to take product photos and edit them for output to the web and print. This department also manages printing labels and some books, as well as burning DVDs and image CDs for retail and wholesale.

Job Requirements: Applicant MUST be okay with Taxidermy and the process of taxidermy. Knowledge of taxidermy would be a plus. A person fitted for this position would be punctual and detail-oriented. Meeting deadlines and being organized with projects are important. You would be willing to learn and collaborate with co-workers and be motivated enough to finish the work on your own. Must be able to accept and grow with constructive criticism. Communication is highly important in every aspect of this position, whether it be in design or with co-workers and partners.

Experience Needed:

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
