1. Eye to nose
2. Back of head to nose
3. Circumference of neck at juncture with head (smallest point)
4. Circumference of neck four inches down from back of head and tight under chin
5. Width of muzzle
6. Distance between eyes at the front corner
7. Septum width

(A,B,E,F,G) Measure before skinning
(C,D) Measure on meat after skinning
